Carhartt WIP is part of the Work In Progress Holding AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.

HR Specialist – Payroll & Administration (m/f/x)
Your Responsibilities:
Autonomous payroll accounting and processing of all related tasks for a defined area
Support and supervision for employees in social insurance and tax issues
Recording, maintenance and updating of payroll-relevant data
Carrying out the reporting and certification process
Participation in or takeover of corresponding HR projects
Your Profile:
Completed commercial training or business studies with HR profile
Relevant professional experience in payroll accounting in a modern HR environment
Good payroll accounting skills desirable
Strong interest to be involved in HR projects and ideally first project experience
Good MS Office skills as well as a high affinity for other modern and new systems
Accurate, reliable and independent way of working as well as general curiosity for new subjects
