For our highly automated logistics center in Weil am Rhein, we are looking for you as soon as possible as a
Warehouse Office Clerk (m/f/x)
Ensuring and monitoring on-time deliveries and related documents
National and international correspondence with freight forwarders and courier express parcel service providers in German and English
Disposition of general cargo shipments, complete shipments, drop shipments as well as shipment tracking
Freight cost calculation for further invoicing
Daily price negotiations with external service providers and processing of complaints
Invoice control as well as checking/controlling (freight invoices, packaging material invoices, etc.)
Maintaining freight cost statistics
General administrative tasks in the warehouse office
Completed commercial training (ideally as Management Assistant for Freight Forwarding and Logistic Services) or comparable knowledge
Experience in the commercial logistics area is an advantage
Structured and independent way of working
Solution-oriented and analytical thinking skills
Confident handling of MS-Office applications
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Very good knowledge of German, as well as good knowledge of English
