Carhartt WIP is part of the Work In Progress Holding AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.

We are looking for you to join as soon as possible our internal sales team at our headquarters in Weil am Rhein as
B2B Sales Coordinator (m/f/x)
Process and follow-up sale orders and customer requests in collaboration with our sales representatives
Co-ordinate deliveries and returns
Check and maintain sales conditions as well as master data maintenance in our ERP system (Navision Business Central)
Liaise with our sales representatives, customers and sales management
Cross-interface cooperation with our accounting and logistic teams
Completed commercial education or university degree in Business Management
Relevant work experience in sales office
Fluent in Italian, English and German (written/spoken), any additional language will be advantageous
Good MS Office skills
Basic knowledge in Navision Business Central (preferable)
Strong organisational competence, independent and reliable
Professional communication skills and team spirit
