Carhartt WIP is part of the WIP Trading AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.

Team Lead Accounts Receivable – Payment (m/f/x)
Your Responsibilities:
You will lead the team professionally as well as in disciplinary matters and be responsible for the further development of the processes and the team
Your focus is on ensuring proper accounting within accounts receivable and bank accounting
You work closely with the other areas of our financial department and are the professional interface
You represent the team in area-specific projects of accounts receivable accounting or the company
You are involved in daily business operations of recording debtor-side payment transactions in our sales channels (B2B/B2C)
Your Profile:
You have relevant professional experience in accounts receivable accounting and a completed commercial training
You are characterized by a high level of social competence as well as leadership skill or are willing to acquire this
You enjoy optimizing and coordinating processes and look forward to further developing the area
You are fluent in German and English
