Carhartt WIP is part of the WIP Trading AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.
Carhartt Work In Progress aims to continuously progress and evolve, without ever losing sight of its origins. Over the course of the past two decades, our business has developed organically, along with its customers, the culture that surrounds the brand, and its employees who have helped shape what Carhartt WIP is today.
Studio Production Assistant (m/f/x)
Your Responsibilities:
Manage on-model production throughout the season and ensure the smooth running of the team's workflow and administrative processes.
Create an e-commerce shoot schedule and ensure preparations are completed on time
Communicate and monitor workflow status to ensure team targets are met
Check product list / data ensuring accuracy and nothing is overlooked
Project manage on-model shoots: planning, bookings and negotiations
Coordinate with our global team and ensure production is managed efficiently
Liaise with Style Director and relevant creative team
Support the Style Director in maintaining the schedule and an efficient operation
Validate product lists and maintain model database
Your Profile:
An excellent organiser and take initiative
Strong problem solving skills, ability to work under pressure and deadline driven
Competence in assuring and delivering as error free as possible
A great team player with hands-on mentality
Ability to work productively and precisely
Previous experience in a fashion photography studio preferred
Strong Microsoft Excel / Google Docs skills
Fluent in German and English with excellent verbal and written skills
