Carhartt WIP is part of the WIP Trading AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.
Carhartt Work In Progress aims to continuously progress and evolve, without ever losing sight of its origins. Over the course of the past two decades, our business has developed organically, along with its customers, the culture that surrounds the brand, and its employees who have helped shape what Carhartt WIP is today.

Team Lead Learning & People Development (m/f/x)
Your Responsibilities:
Together with the team, you are responsible for the strategic development of our HR development concepts, create a HR development portfolio and thus shape the WIP learning culture
You will develop strategies, measures and processes with a focus on talent-oriented personnel development, succession training, further training and management development
You actively shape the learning culture in the company through workshops and training courses
You ensure talent retention and development and accompany the transfer of knowledge
You advise, supervise and support our managers and employees in matters of personnel development
Your Profile:
A degree in economics, HR, psychology, adult education or a comparable field forms your professional basis
You have experience in the field of personnel development and/or organizational development
You are experienced in the conception and implementation of workshops and trainings
You have a high motivation to shape the business combined with strength of implement new things and further expand our Learning & Development portfolio
Your social skills and communication skills - in German and English - set you apart
You have a winning personality with enthusiasm and a hands-on mentality
