Carhartt WIP is part of the Work In Progress Holding AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.

Retail Back Office Coordinator (m/f/x)
Your Responsibilities:
Communication interface between logistics and stores: cooperate with external partners to monitor the products transit, monitoring outgoing goods and deliveries, responsible for special handling tasks
Support the stores in customer service topics: purchase orders, returns, stock corrections, POS orders
Monitoring stock movements and stock corrections
Recommend improvements to the current procedures and systems for the allocation and replenishment functions
Support the retail head office
Assist in store opening topics
Anticipate and identify the system issues, liaise with the relevant departments to solve them
Handling of the daily business & tasks that arise individually
Your Profile:
Completed commercial training or experience in commercial area
Experience in retail is an advantage
Good MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel
Accurateness, strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
Interest and awareness of fashion trends and retail environment
Good communication skills
Fluency in German and English, other languages are welcome
