Carhartt WIP is part of the WIP Trading AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.
Carhartt Work In Progress aims to continuously progress and evolve, without ever losing sight of its origins. Team Lead Payable Accounts (m/f/x)
Your Responsibilities:
Professional and disciplinary supervision of the team
Further development of the team and the processes within the department
Responsibility for the proper conduct of daily business (checking, accounting and booking of incoming invoices, processing of payment transactions)
Maintenance of master data and accounts as well as balance reconciliations
Responsibility for booking and reconciling bank accounts
Ensuring the correct preparation and posting of all onward invoices within the group
Collaboration and representation of the accounts payable department in projects
Your Profile:
Completed commercial training, preferably with further training as accountant (Bachelor Professional (CCI) of Accounting)
Relevant professional experience in accounting, ideally in an internationally operating company
High team leading competence and team spirit
Fluent in German and good English skills (written/spoken),
Good knowlege of MS Office
Independent and structured way of working and high team spirit
