Carhartt WIP is part of the WIP Trading AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.
Carhartt Work In Progress aims to continuously progress and evolve, without ever losing sight of its origins. Over the course of the past two decades, our business has developed organically, along with its customers, the culture that surrounds the brand, and its employees who have helped shape what Carhartt WIP is today.

Technical Property Manager (m/f/x)
Your Responsibilities:
Defect and warranty tracking (in our nationwide branches)
Preparation of technical reports and budgets
Monitoring and control of external service providers (in our nationwide branches)
Responsibility for technical facility management
Support for maintenance and construction measures
Coordination with internal and external contacts and authorities
Your Profile:
You have completed a technical or trade apprenticeship or a bachelor degree in the field of building management / facility management
You have professional experience in the field of technical property management
Good knowledge of legal requirements and regulations
Fluent in German and good knowledge in English (every further language is warmly welcomed)
Knowledge in the standard MS Office applications
You are communicative and look forward to working with internal and external contacts
