Carhartt WIP is part of the WIP Trading AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.

Carhartt Work In Progress aims to continuously progress and evolve, without ever losing sight of its origins. Over the course of the past two decades, our business has developed organically, along with its customers, the culture that surrounds the brand, and its employees who have helped shape what Carhartt WIP is today.

Apprenticeship Program:

What to expect:

  • Further development and learning in a young dynamic team
  • Getting to know the retail tasks and processes of a textile trading company
  • Dual training system with two days of vocational school every week at the Kaufmännische Schule Lörrach (vocational school)

Your Responsibilities:
  • Consulting and support for customers
  • Cashier service
  • Processing of goods including price labeling
  • Replenishment of the assortment of goods
  • Organization of the warehouse area
  • Participation in inventories

Your Profile:
  • Successfully completed school education
  • Friendly approach as well as fun in dealing with customers
  • Independent and communicative
  • Flexible and able to work in a team
  • Interest in fashion and trends
